CARLOS PAVÉSIO

Professor of Ocular Inflammation and Infection at University College London and Consultant Ophthalmic Surgeon at Moorfields Eye Hospital, London. Director of the Uveitis Service, Fellowship Programme, and Chair of the Infection Control Committee at Moorfields. He has delivered over 300 national and international lectures, served as Visiting Professor in New Zealand (2009), Singapore (2014), and India (2018), and is Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Ophthalmic Inflammation and Infection. He has co-edited 5 books, written over 30 book chapters, and published more than 270 peer-reviewed articles.
